After completing the order form please bring your developed roll of film to our pickup location inside of CSW Film systems. Please make sure the film is in a sealed envelope with your name and phone number written on the outside.

The negatives are picked up / returned to CSW on Tuesday and Thursdays. Turnaround time for receiving files is on average 3 days from the date of pickup. After the film has been scanned, La Luz Lab will send an invoice to your provided email. Once the invoice is paid your files will be transferred via WeTransfer, which will send a download link to your email.
